1. About These Offer Terms

These Offer Terms apply to promotional offers made available by SUPER DEGREE (ABN 95 926 075 671) ("Superdegree", "we", "us", or "our").

They supplement our Terms of Service, which continue to apply to your use of the Service. Where these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these Offer Terms control to the extent of the conflict for the offer concerned.

Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

2. Student Offer

2.1 The Offer

Eligible students may receive the Starter plan free of charge for six (6) months from the date the offer is redeemed (the "Offer Period").

During the Offer Period you receive the features and limits of the Starter plan, including its monthly credit allowance, as published on our pricing page. At the date of these Offer Terms, the Starter plan includes 3,000 credits per month.

The offer covers the Starter plan only. Features not included in the Starter plan, including the Ask Agent, are not part of the offer.

2.2 Eligibility

To be eligible for the student offer, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Be currently enrolled as a student at a recognised university, college, school, or other educational institution.
• Sign up with, and verify, an email address issued to you by that institution (an "Education Email").
• Redeem the offer for an organisation that you own and that has not previously held a paid subscription or redeemed the student offer.

The offer is limited to one redemption per person and per organisation.

We decide which email domains qualify as Education Emails and may decline an address where we cannot reasonably confirm that it is issued by an educational institution to its students.

2.3 Payment Method and Conversion to a Paid Plan

A valid payment method is required to redeem the offer. You will not be charged the Starter plan subscription price during the Offer Period.

Unless you cancel before the Offer Period ends, your subscription will automatically continue as a paid Starter subscription at the end of the Offer Period, and your payment method will be charged the then-current Starter plan price each billing period until you cancel.

We will email you at least 7 days before the Offer Period ends to remind you of the date of the first charge and the amount that will be charged.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. If you cancel during the Offer Period, you keep Starter plan access until the Offer Period ends, after which your organisation moves to the Free plan and you will not be charged.

When your organisation moves to the Free plan, access to features or content that exceed the Free plan's limits may be restricted as described in section 7.4 of the Terms of Service.

2.4 Credits

• The Starter plan's monthly credit allowance is granted at the start of each monthly cycle during the Offer Period.
• Credits granted under the offer are subject to the credit terms in section 7 of the Terms of Service, including the carry-over limit, and have no cash value.
• Additional credits purchased as top-ups during the Offer Period are charged at the standard rates and are not part of the offer.

2.5 Changing Plans

If you upgrade to a higher plan during the Offer Period, the offer ends when the upgrade takes effect and the higher plan is billed at its standard price from that date.

2.6 Misuse and Early Ending

We may end the offer early for an organisation if we reasonably believe that:

• The person who redeemed it was not eligible, or provided false or misleading information.
• The offer has been redeemed more than once by the same person, including through multiple accounts or organisations.
• The Education Email has been shared, sold, or obtained from someone else.
• The account is being used in breach of the Terms of Service.

If we end the offer early, we will notify you and your organisation will move to the Free plan. We will not charge your payment method for the remainder of the Offer Period. This does not limit our rights under section 13.2 of the Terms of Service.

We may ask for additional evidence of enrolment where we suspect misuse.

3. General Offer Conditions

• Offers are personal to the eligible person and organisation, cannot be transferred or resold, and have no cash alternative.
• Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless we state otherwise.
• We may change, suspend, or withdraw an offer for new redemptions at any time. This does not affect an offer you have already redeemed for the remainder of its Offer Period, except as described in section 2.6.
• Nothing in these Offer Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
